Beneath the cliffs, the sea crackles. Secret life of the waves, of the wind, without anyone, existing. Outside, a shitstorm of machinery and bodies. Consuming. A pseudo-embodiment of the living.
Two impressions of the same show. Erosion, scum. Autophagy is fantastic. Especially in music: l'art se nique.

The Cycle of the Same Journey is a collection of acousmatic pieces in stereo – an episodic listening experience and a field recording project centred on the idea of erasure. Instantaneous or imperceptible, natural and magnificent. Human and violent, strange, spiritual. Each piece is a step in this journey, where variations on this same destruction lie hidden within the sounds.
